Had a great stay. The hotel was quiet and peaceful. Everything was clean: room, lobby, common areas, pool, elevators and even the parking ramp. Staff were accommodating. Ordered brunch room service and it was delicious, prices were reasonable. Overall very happy and would definitely recommend.

Breakfast is better than average. Location is very convenient to UW campus (especially Lakeshore area). Facilities could use more upkeep.

The first room we checked into had food in the freezer and the toilet wasn't working. The second room had a working toilet and was cleaner, but I don't know why I paid $20 more for a "king suite with separate seating area" as it was one room. Loud music in room next door all night long. Staff told me I would be reimbursed for both of my rooms and I received 76.26 out of the over 200.

Best Western Premier Park Hotel
The property is meticulously maintained and beautiful. The staff is informative, helpful, and kind. The pillows are heavenly. It was a very enjoyable stay.
