"The hotel is in a very sketchy area and we had a drunk/drugged individual walk in through the front door and started stealing items from the front desk area and youths walking through the bar restaurant area selling candy and not asked to leave. Also, we ordered two Queen beds but received one King with extremely uncomfortable pull out sofa for the kids, with no option to switch to two Queens like we ordered. "

"There was a good variety of breakfast items. Front desk staff was easy and polite to work with. The pool needed a little attention (sand and starburst wrappers). The beds were a little hard. Those are nitpicky things though. This was a very good value stay."

"Great staff. Excellent location. Could use a little bit of an update as the hallways are dim and the rooms are pretty underwhelming especially bc they are a premier. Otherwise great hotel"
