"Since my expectations were not high, finding this excellent boutique hotel left me speechless. This is a hotel converted from a historical stone house which belonged to the owners for the last almost 300 years. Conversion was done flawlessly. The hotel is a family run business. "Fantastic hotel and views from the terrace. Cave room was clean and spacious. We used sister hotel’s swimming pool as well. They have decorated terrace and set up a model breakfast table for people to take photos with the balloon backdrop. Truly stunning. Staff is quite nice. Breakfast was absolutely amazing, lot of variety with both hot and cold items. They also provided breakfast box for the checkout day as we left at 6am. Hotel is located pretty close to the heart of the goreme town, walkable to many restaurants, stores, etc. The only thing I disliked was that their restaurant didn’t provide exclusive access or reservations to hotel guests. You had to compete with everyone to get a table. We were not able to dine there in 4 night stay."
