Our room is spotlessly clean, the bed is really comfortable and we hate a really good view of the very pretty pool area. The staff in all areas are extremely friendly, welcoming and nothing is too much trouble for them. The breakfast, that was included in our room rate, is excellent, with a good variety, excellent egg/pancake station, and the bread is too good."

"Great hotel, our 3rd year in a row staying here, we love it, well kept hotel, easy walking distance to Legian and Kuta or into the heart of Seminyak. Great pools, awesome breakfast, staff are wonderful, pool menu would be better if they changed it up with some new offerings. "

"Best buffet breakfast ever. Loads of options no matter what your diet. The beach wasn’t the cleanest, but the access was easy and there was sand at the pool to give that “on the beach” effect. Pool was heated. Service was TOP TIER. Very safe, they had military-like guards at the entrance and you have to drive a lil ways to get in. Comfy beds. Cleanliness was ehn. Could’ve been better, but not bad. I would go back TOMORROW if I could. "
