The hotel was satisfactory but the area surrounding the hotel was not a safe area. There were not many food options and where there were they were not in safe areas.

It's okay. Nothing special. Staff does their job but not real welcoming. Breakfast set up is pretty awful but thats the chain not the staff. I stayed here twice in 30 days. You get what you pay for. I probably won't return.

The staff were amazing and the room was impeccable. The breakfast was also extensive and delicious. We had a wonderful time, the only drawback is the indoor pool is unheated.

It is a little out of the way. Not much around it but two other hotels. It was clean and staff was friendly but they ran out of some breakfast items (juice and yogurt). The indoor pool was pointless since the water was freezing.

My go to when in town.
I have stayed here multiple times when I visit the DC area. I always enjoy my stay. The deposit is a little pricey, but I guess that's just what it is these days. It was quiet even though someone decided to fire up some weed in their room. Easy access to the beltway.

Had to move rooms since the shower didnt work. Packed up and moved to the 6th floor where a helicopter sounded like it was going to invade the room. New room TV did not work had to send a guy up to fix that. Then there was a bug by the coffee machine. 2 day stay for a romantic getaway and both mornings we were woke up early by a loud fire alarm. There goes our romance and relaxation. Hilton may want to consider releasing their association. On check out expressed all concerns only for the young lady to make a ugly face and have no response.

Love this hotel
I’ve been booking here for years and NEVER had any problems always clean cozy staff if nice helpful and professional Love the early morning breakfast for me and my family and my kids love the pool a little cold lol but we love it I always book the suite with the two queen beds and pull out couch

The carpets were dirty and the paint on the bathroom was falling off the ceiling, wallpaper was peeling off bathroom and the bath tub was rusty. Just no pride in the facility. Staff was rude upon arrival and keys kept not working making it very inconvenient to get in side doors or your room when you had your hands full of stuff

Would it stay here again. No hot water. Water pressure from sink is so low it doesn’t even rinse a toothbrush well. staff is not friendly and try to avoid working and dealing with guests.

It was a very nice room, very clean and very roomy. Some of the other Hampton Inn’s. I’ve stayed in the rooms were not that big, but their rooms are very roomy. Roomy rooms.

We were pleased that we were centrally located., less than 30 minute drive to all of our destinations. We were also pleased that the hotel was pet-friendly. Our dog is a part of our family and travels with us frequently. The pet fee is posted on Expedia as $50, but the Hotel informed us that it is $100. The only negative feedback.

Overall we were very happy with our stay. The room was large enough for the entire family. Breakfast each morning was excellent, probably the best hotel breakfast we've had. There was a great selection of hot and cold items, coffee, tea and juice. The refrigerator in the room didn't work great. There was a thick layer of frost on the back and it didn't have a freezer. The last morning the refrigerator was leaking as the frost was melting. It's clearly an ongoing problem because the stand that the fridge was in was damaged. The shower smelled like mildew and the pool was very cold. The staff was friendly. We used the shuttle to go to the Metro station and that was very quick and easy. Overall I definitely recommend.
