"When we arrived late at night, their system was down. I had to wait in the lobby with my child in the middle of the night for about 20-30 minutes, after travelling. Typical motel bathroom set up with the open vanity area and then a separate tub and toilet The ugly: Was there for two nights stay. Found a roach roaming the bathroom and babies the next day. Ok: informed the management about the " intruder" and seemed very concern and will be his exterminator. Offered to put me in another room. "
