"We enjoyed our stay, the room was clean and cozy. The shared space provided us with a nice area for reheating food, making coffee and toast. The sitting area was very nice as well. The location was perfect for our vacation and the fall colors were magnificent!"

"It was a very nice stay for my young son and myself. My son accidentally left a special magnet on the mini fridge in the room and the hotel staff was kind enough to return it to us with no charge. We will return to this hotel the next time we visit Olde Forge."

"Loved the quietness, even with a couple of bands on the property. It was well organized. The restaurant on the property was great and food was excellent. The room was cozy. Perfect for our needs and could have fit our whole family. I will visit again!"

North Creek Lodge at Gore Mountain

"When we arrived it looked deserted. Went to check in and luckily the girl that managed it 4 years popped out. She explained what transpired since we were there last and how it’s undergoing a new transformation and maybe a name change. She’s very welcoming and remembered us instantly. So it’s a new work in progress. It may not be the 100% now but it will be. They’re starting over from scratch. I love this little hideaway and will probably go back."
