Great staff. Arrived after a long day and reception very accommodating in showing us to the room promptly and ensuring everything was as expected. Amazing views and very relaxing trip.

Lovely hotel - great location with a lovely setting along the river. The only slight problem we had is the air con didn’t work very well and on a 36 degree day we could’ve really done with it. Spoke to reception about it but no improvements could be made that’s just how it was. Otherwise lovely stay thank you

A hidden gem! Everything about this hotel is luxurious, from the heated flooring, fresh breakfast platter, super comfortable rooms, to sitting outside watching the sunset drinking locally made wines. It genuinely is 10/10 and the staff are also pure class. We were sad to leave but will definitely have it on our revisit list.

The car park was hard to find and the staff member could not explain properly. No milk supplied for making tea. The room was good, breakfast good and the staff very helpful at breakfast

The Check in was wonderful, prefect instructions were sent in advance. Fantastic communication before, during and after my stay. The appartment was brilliant, wonderfully designed. Very clean and also nice and quiet. A great location too. Only once very small downside, getting up the steps to the mezzanine floor of the appartment was a little tricky as i am 6' 2". but was fine once i got used to it. I would really recomend this place

Beautiful location, the hotel is clean and new, receptionists were very kind. Only the downside was there was no TV remote controller (gone missing from the previous night) and there was no kettle in the room. Everything else was great and I found it the rate is very reasonable. Breakfast was more than averate too.

Everythink was great. Pools are fantastik.

Very central location close to the bus station and shopping mall. Very clean room , nice breakfast and very helpful staff.

This was my first trip to Austria and when I booked this hotel I did not pay too much attention to it as I just needed a hotel in town. I was delighted when I was told by a colleague that this hotel was by far the best in the area and we were both amazed at how good value it was. The quality of the fittings, the food, the staff were all excellent and I hope to be able to stay here again.
