The breakfast that's included with the stay is an all you can eat buffet style with lots of variety. The food was fresh and delicious. I even took a 2nd plate up to my room for lunch later. We lost our phone on one of the guided tours (not booked through hotel, our mistake) and they were extremely helpful with calling the operator ans helping us get the phone back. Nice and clean room. Good breakfast - they make eggs on order, but window doesnt open when breakfast starts. Opened around 07:00 during our stay. We will stay here again next Krakow visit! "
