Booked through Hotel.com. Was charged around $90.00 when I left the hotel. Called the hotel to inquire about charges. Was told a “ghost card should have been charged if booked through hotel.com”…Have not heard back. Still don’t know why my credit card was charged an extra 90.00?!

Great Wolf Lodge Colorado Springs
The stay was great and staff was awesome. Biggest complaint was it snowed and there was zero effort to clear sidewalks, close to 5” wet snow.
