"The front desk person was rude and uncooperative. Didn’t do his job properly or wanted to be helpful. The first room I was put in had a broken lock and bed wasn’t made. Front desk guy gave me a hassle when I asked for a new room "

"Everything was good except the parking is not great. Not enough parking and a big sandman van in front of the front door at night making it hard for cars to pass through. Otherwise great stay!"

"The breakfast wasn’t included so we never had it but I did go to bar and found alcohol reasonably priced. I had the steak sandwich with mashed potatoes and it was good. They ran out of double beds so I had to share a king but got the suite so there was a lot of room. Found price for night not too bad as it came with house coat and slippers to use. Pool and gym was open 6 am - 11 pm and it had a water slide, sauna and hot tub as well. Bar should be open later than 10 pm though. 11 pm at least. "

"Amazing pool and very clean rooms. The staff were seen checking pool water ph numerous times, and the water didn't burn our eyes or skin. The restaurant on site was very good, with a large selection for both adult and kids. The hotel is located near Chuckie Cheese and Sunridge mall. The perfect hotel for family trips."
