Our stay at the Hermitage was lovely. The room was perfect for two people, and we had a very nice view from the balcony. The breakfast was unbelievable and is highly recommended. Dinner at the hotel restaurant was equally unbelievable and we enjoyed coffee and drinks at the bar as well. The neighborhood is quiet, safe, easily accessible by public transportation and walking. The staff at the hotel was beyond kind.

It was one of the best hotel stay’s in the EU! The description and images do not justice to the quality of the hotel property and its amazing upkeep. The staff were professional and courteous. Food was excellent and the location is amazing for all categories of travel!

The restaurant was very good. Most of the staff was excellent. It was very quiet. Close to tram stop. The parking garage was small and the spaces were small, but it was nice to have although at an additional cost. Overall it was a very nice stay.

Lovely hotel! Breakfast every morning was very nice and the room is kept clean and towels replaced daily. Close to the river and the boat bars so perfect for the evening! We were also given a list of local restaurants which was very helpful and all were amazing!!

Good location - out of the way from the busy old town - but not too far, easy to head into old town, new town, lesser town. Breakfast was great - good choices and helpful staff. Gym actually has a barbell which is a rarity. (Gym also has a secret sun terrace)

I stayed at the Hermitage Hotel Prague for four nights in their standard room, and overall, my experience was positive. The room and bathroom were spacious enough for a solo traveler like me. The check-in and check-out processes were efficient, and I appreciated the welcome drink coupon, which could be redeemed at the coffee shop/bar in the lobby. The hotel's location is a bit south of the old town and new town center, but both can be reached within 15-20 minutes. There are two tram stations nearby, making it convenient to get around, and taxis are not expensive either. Additionally, there's a supermarket right behind the hotel, which is handy for any quick needs. The rooms were cleaned daily, maintaining a high standard of cleanliness throughout my stay. I noticed an open terrace, which I believe is accessible from the gym, but I wasn’t entirely sure and didn't want to cross the gym to find out. One downside was the lack of complimentary water bottles in the room. A small bottle of water in the room was priced at 90 CZK, which I found a bit steep. Despite this minor inconvenience, I had a comfortable stay and found the Hermitage Hotel Prague to be a good choice for visitors looking for a clean, well-located, and efficient hotel.
