I stayed here for one night as was attending a concert at BP pulse which is walking distance. Staff was friendly, really liked the lounge area, breakfast had a good variety. Hotel is in desperate need of updating. Rooms and bathrooms are in poor condition. Hallways have visible marks and dents in the walls and carpets. Food is poor in Zest, breakfast is mediocre.
