"No windows in the room and quite dirty around window area. Bathroom was not clean enough, no tissues or shower gel. Burnt toast and croissant and a poor breakfast. Lovely location but really needs to improve "

"Great place to stay if looking for somewhere that doesn’t cost too much and you need to be right in the heart of Canterbury. Check in was nice and easy, arranged payment for parking in nearby multi story with no issues. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was a bit basic but honestly great value for money. You get what you pay for. Ideal for if you’re on a budget. We stayed in family room (2 adults and 2 children). Everywhere was walking distance. Would definitely use again. "
