"The hotel does not have microwaves and the restaurants will not heat anything up. I had a medically prescribed meal that needed warming and it could not be done. They also told me that I didn't prepay for the room when I did. I had to go into my expedia app to show proof. That was frustrating. They did provide extra pillows very quickly when asked. "

"I asked for extra blankets and coffee. 5 hours later, I had not received it yet. Had to call again and only received part of what was asked for. Had to wait longer, and when the other blanket was finally delivered, the person was rude to my wife. It was like we put him out. It was not worth the money."

"Definitely not as surprised at the high level room quality as the pricing was so great! 2 full size bathrooms in the room (an no I didn’t have a suite)! Full couch with sofa tables and lots of room! Next time I’m in Tahoe I will definitely be choosing Harrahs! 😍😍😍😍"

"Decently clean room. For a simple business stay for two nights, i was satisfied with my stay. Staff were courteous and were ready to accommodate whenever i should have needed it. Air conditioning works (used the heater most of the time), towels were replaced before the next night i came back in, and i was able to properly rest. One thing i noticed though was some stains on the towels. If this was cleaned and bleached a little bit better and with care, it would have been a 5 star rating for me all around! Thanks for having me as your patron!"

"The pool is under construction and I still got charge a resort fee which is unfair and the option is to go to harrahs to use the pool so that’s very inconvenient. Not the best experience. "

"My husband and I stayed a couple nights here for his birthday, checkin was was easy and we enjoyed the extra treat of our choice of beverage; either craft beer, soda, tea or hot chocolate. Our room had been recently renovated and had a very cozy cabin feel too it. The bed was one of the most comfortable we have ever had, mega bonus points (to us for that). The staff were very friendly and helpful. The pool was heated and even though it was April it was the perfect temperature to enjoy, as well as the hot tub. The location was convenient with a short walk to the beach or the Heavenly Resort for food, shopping and entertainment. We will definitely come back again, next time with the kiddos!"

"I stayed at this resort when it was Embassy Suites, other than a refresh, which for the most part was ok, it still resembles the old resort. Our room was ok, it wasn’t cleaned properly, the heater wouldn’t turn off automatically, so it ran constantly. The selection of the coffee was pretty disappointing. In addition the toilet tissue and tissue were like sandpaper. The drinks were good with one bartender and horrible with the second one. For us it was an overnight trip to get away, but I wouldn’t stay here long term and I would bring my own toilet tissue."
