"Lovely hotel with wonderful, welcoming staff and very dog friendly. We arrived late, and it was such a nice surprise that the restaurant was still open. The bar had a lively atmosphere with great live music, too. Overall, a fantastic stay."

"Great location right across from the ocean boardwalk. Staff was very friendly and the overall room accommodations were excellent. They do need to fix the overhead ceiling fan which was making too much noise to sleep. Please note, that there are few dining options around this area."

"The staff was very friendly and accommodated all our needs from towels for the pool to restaurant recommendations. They were wonderful. . We had a very nice time. Being able to walk to the beach from the hotel was a great bonus. There was no AC in the room so we ended up leaving windows open to get cool outside air in to stay comfortable overnight. For reference, our stay was over Labor Day weekend, so it still warm during the day. The fire pit in the evening was really nice. We sat and made s’mores while listening to the surf, which was a wonderful fun thing for our last night there."

"We live two hours from the coast so we go all the time and we’ve stayed at almost all of the hotels in San Simeon and this one is the one we like the best! The restaurant is a little pricey but it’s good! We will come back"
