"Everything was beyond expected. Staff was SUPER friendly and everything was clean. They also respond fast to chats. My only regret is that I only planned on staying one day. Definitely staying here again when I come back. And location is next to grocery stores, really hard to beat this place even with a 5 star hotel. This is the 5 star home you want to stay at."

"The Hoxton was nice. The only issue we had was that our room had a sewage smell. After the third day I told the staff. They sent someone and tried to say the bathroom needed to be cleaned. Being in construction I knew this was not a cleaning issue. They told me they would move us but could only do it during the mid day hours. This didn't work for us. We just had to deal with it for the next three. I would think they resolved the issue when we left."

"Room was clean and comfortable. Location near the metro station was very convenient to get to anywhere you need to be in Rome. Front desk staff was helpful and friendly and arranged a taxi to the airport for us (there was a train strike on the day we left). Area was quiet at night and felt safe. Breakfast was pretty good, although we were only able to eat there once due to our schedule. I'd stay here again."

"Overall great experience. Friendly staff who was very accommodating. We choose the breakfast option which was great but, it wasn't open until 7 am. Wish it was 6 am as we had excursions booked and only ate there twice. We were there during a heat wave and air conditioning could only be at 24 degrees which was ok at night but still warm during the day."
