"The beds were clean. I’ve stayed there before. The dining room staying open until 11 is wonderful. The staff were very friendly. My complaint would be the bathroom floor was a bit dirty. The place really isn’t as updated as other places, but it is comfortable. The TV remote didn’t work. I did talk to staff. They switched it out with another remote but it still didn’t work. We didn’t go back down again. It was more of a hassle."

"Parking and check in were easy. The room was clean. Staff were friendly. Amenities included coffee in the lobby. Property is older and needs some improvements such as replacing bricks and stones. The room was spacious and minimal. Bed was a bit too hard and walls are thin. I stayed on the first floor and could hear people talking in the adjacent room. Good for one night and least expensive in the area. "

"The bar is superb, and staffed by an exceptionally attentive staff. The level of hospitality offered here is truly exceptional. The hotel is built around a central atrium. It is quite calm and soothing to spend any amount of time in there. Throw in glass elevators that overlook the atrium, and a number of rooms with an interior view, and you've got an extraordinary experience waiting for you. "

"We were a tad nervous about this stay but the price was right, the location fit, and the reviews were good. Turns out the reviews were spot on. This is an older motel with room doors facing outside. The property is older and the building shows its age in small ways…small elevator, small doors, room size and layout are dated. Beyond that, the room was spotless. Everything worked. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom, while small, was clean and had been updated recently. Staff was very friendly and breakfast was good. Great stay on our way South. "

"Upon arrival, we noted that the parking lot was empty. We walked into the office and it had a stale, sour smell. Being cautious, we asked to view the room before checking in. The clerk handed us a key card. We went to the room and tried to open the door. No luck. We peered through the window. The room looked dingy and dirty. The bed was poorly made. We returned the card to the clerk. Did not check in, drove another hour to the next town. I will never stay at this motel."
