There were bags of trash that had been torn apart, littering the sidewalk. Some of the surfaces in the room had not been cleaned and there was old food left in the microwave. The room had odors of food and smoke.

Did not stay. Made a reservation for a non smoking room with a king size bed. None were available when we arrived even though I paid with a credit card. The room had a terrible smell. My husband was about to vomit. So we left. Told the desk clerk why when we turned in the door key.

This location presented itself as if it was an By the hour location. I felt unsafe With my children, there loitering around. With my children, they were Luders around. There were bugs. The first room I received had too much smoke circulating. The second room I received I was not able to use the shower in the bathroom. The ceiling paint was falling down. The tub painting was chipping. The refrigerator was nasty. The sheets had stains all over them. The third room I received was a little better. The bedding was not up to part. There was no remote to the television. This room did not have a ceiling fan, but the AC unit work. Nikole, customer service was very unprofessional when asking for a remote she was lounging in the waiting area with her feet up with no direction other than pointing.

The sheets on the bed were Dirty with stains, the comforter was dirty the tub was dirty and pealing paint holes were in the walls and the night person was not helpful and argumentative I wanted all my money back that did not happen I got more sheets and they were dirty too OMG they need to bulldoze them

The rooms were old and is in need of repair. The lamps and shower had tapes to hold together. The smell of the room was horrible and smell like and ash tray. I asked to be transferred to another room upstairs away from the noise and was told that it would cost more. Also towels was not in the room.

Bananas last minute
This place looked like it had not seen a visitor in decades. There was an inch of dust build up on the ceiling fan, the sheets were stained, the sink did not work, and the air conditioner/heater did not work. There was no toilet paper or soap, not that the soap would matter with a sink that broken. On the shelf above the microwave was what appeared to be rice? It worked for an overnight rest stop, definitely wouldn’t stay here again.

There was dead bugs found in our bed, cigarettes holes within the sheets, the blankets had black stains, the bathtub had a ton of hair. And the manager wouldn’t send anyone to come clean our room nor give us a refund.

I came up to Statesboro , Ga . for a funeral and my brother and sister in law arrived first. The rooms were dirty, comforter had cigarette burns . The motel wouldn’t accommodate or provide clean linens. My brother and wife didn’t feel safe. He told me not to come to the motel. After traveling for 6 hours and wondering where we were going to stay before attending a family member funeral the next day. I forgot to canceled the room. The next day Red Roof Inn and Hotel .com pulled $66.38 from my account. I’m not please with either company. So I don’t recommend using these companies!! They refused to refund my monies .

When I went to check in the girl behind the counter couldn't even stay awake long enough to get me check in. She was nodding off as if she was on something. Finally after watching her fall asleep for 30 minutes I get my room key and get up to my room only to find everything was dirty. House keeping had clearly been through there to replace the towels and take the trash but the bed sheets were stained there was dirt on the floor the ceiling fan was caked with dust and it just had this musty smell throughout the entire hotel. I didn't even stay the entire night. By 12 I found a different hotel and checked out. I wish I could get my money back.
