Let's start with positives: The beds were comfortable. The fridge was cold. AC and heat worked fine.Now the negatives. We had a handicap room...beds are so high I had to buy a step stool for my husband to get up. No grab bars in the bathroom. No amenities like soap or shampoo. No mirror. After the first day, someone forgot to replace the towels. Chairs are beat up. Building is in rough shape, pool is filled in. Husband's wheelchair barely fit through the bathroom doorway. I was doing an art show just up the road and price was most reasonable, but you get even less than what you pay for.

Staff was courteous. However, room was the minimal definition of a place to stay. Lobby had no coffee ready in the morning either day of stay. No tv signal nor internet access on the first night. Room was not worth the price paid. I would have paid $60-70 per night, not $110-120. Pay the extra $10 and stay some place nicer....

The staff was very pleasant. This was by far the worst experience I've had at a Red Roof Inn. To start, the door to the room looked as though someone threw something on it, should have been a red flag. Now the room, we took pictures but I'm unable to upload them here, the wall had stains, (was told it was paint) but it was dirt, the blankets was stained as welled. The bathtub was filthy, now to make matters worse, there was little guess, ROACHES, yes roaches.

This should not even be listed as a hotel. It’s a residence for many people and their families. Very dirty and nasty. The service was good because we got an immediate refund.

Seemed like you could get robbed easily at night in that parking lot. A lot of people walking around and outside. Holes everywhere. Didn’t try the air conditioner, didn’t want to touch anything or breathe the air in the room.
