Nice place to stay. Had a problem with the first room with a water leak. Reported it and front desk quickly upgrade us to another room. Really enjoyed the room with a balcony view of Lake Tahoe. Room is very large and comfortable. Casio was good and enjoyable. Recommend this Casio for stays in Lake Tahoe area

You charge for 2 bottles of water, others give complimentary water. At check-in, if one clerk busy call for 2nd one to help people in line. A little amount of human hair was left in bathtub. Charge cube alarm went off at 6:00am, gave maids turn it off when they clean.

Massive renovations going on. I would not visit until they are completed. Stained towels in room. No features (microwave or fridge?) all furniture room is old, dingy, paint chipped all over everything. AC and heater were solid. Save your time until they fully give it a face lift. Also. The worst part about Tahoe now is having to pay for parking everywhere in a casino?!?! Even when you are staying there there is still a $5 day fee. Fees overall were about $65-70 per day. More fees when hotels just stay the same. Hopefully the fees fund the new event center, at the least. Even the beaches charge a day fee even if you just want to walk around. Ahhh how I miss the old days of how Tahoe used to be.
