"The service was amazing. Hotel is in a great location. This will be my go to spot for game day weekends. My only complaint is that the down throw on the bed had not been changed from the people who stayed before me and there were some fresh stains on it. The staff immediately brought me new bedding and were very nice. "

"Everything about the place was great except for two issues - I was on business and the WiFi wouldn’t work the night of my stay or the morning. Had to use my hotspot. And for some reason, the housekeeper tried to get me to let her clean the room before I checked out. But the room was great and people were friendly. Good location for what I needed. "

We went to eat nearby, and as our food arrived, Ebony called to let us know she had checked us in, and all was ready, at our convenience. After a long day of travel with my young child and older parents, her kindness, determination, and humor were just what we needed. She was fun, helpful, & deserves recognition for handling a stressful situation in a very professional & courteous manner! Thank you, Ebony & team! We'll definitely be back, again!"
