"Old owners that weren't taking care of the place left and the new owners are doing a great job renovating and cleaning the place up to much higher standards. If there was anything that we needed we just asked and our needs were met instantly. Even though it's an older place,it's well taken care of and very clean. Beds were comfortable and the shower was very nice. Big balcony attached. "

If I am to be picky, water machine would be better placed mid corridor not at one end and we would prefer 2 chairs in room rather than 2 stools. "The apartment was modern and comfortable, but wear and tear needs to be addressed. The freezer below the fridge leaked water onto the floor. When we asked for it to be fixed, a non-English speaking gentleman arrived and concluded with the following word: "Service". The problem was that no service was done during our stay, so we stayed there for ten days with a leaking freezer and a towel to stop the flowing over the floor. Management did nothing to fix the leak."
