"The apartment was modern and comfortable, but wear and tear needs to be addressed. The freezer below the fridge leaked water onto the floor. When we asked for it to be fixed, a non-English speaking gentleman arrived and concluded with the following word: "Service". The problem was that no service was done during our stay, so we stayed there for ten days with a leaking freezer and a towel to stop the flowing over the floor. Management did nothing to fix the leak."

"Old owners that weren't taking care of the place left and the new owners are doing a great job renovating and cleaning the place up to much higher standards. If there was anything that we needed we just asked and our needs were met instantly. Even though it's an older place,it's well taken care of and very clean. Beds were comfortable and the shower was very nice. Big balcony attached. "

"Breakfast not worth the money, the hot food was cold and not very tasty, morning staff were quite rude and not willing to assist. Night time and day time staff much more pleasant. Hotel was in a convenient location for exploring. Rooms were great, really quiet at night time. "

"Die Unterkunft war in Ordnung. Besonders die Lage. Ist aber besonders an den Wochenenden eine Party und Sufunterkunft. Das muß man mögen, wenn vor dem Fahrstuhl am Morgen ein Betrunkener übernachtet, welcher die Nach über an der Tür geklopft hat. Unterirdisch war die Kommunikation im Vorfeld. Obwohl die Unterkunft bereits voll bezahlt war bekam ich jede Woche im Vorfeld eine Erinnerung die Buchung zu bezahlen. Wir wußten also nicht, ob wir am Tag der Anreise Obdachlos sein würden. Mit expedia...

"Area nice, bit disappointed with flat, toaster,kettle did not work. I emailed company expecting them to deliver new ones, but all i got was we will note that down. Unsure how its for 4 people with only one glass, and only 2 chairs, 3 forks, 4 spoon. Towels for only 3 guests very odd. I love the fact it states people live here please respect! yet cleaners are so loud on a morning. All in all place was not as advertised. They need to spend some money updating place."
