"I received an upgrade to a very nice and spacious room, the staff was absolutely attentive and courteous, responsive to any request, all areas very clean, they took care of all details specially when having a situation with the parking ticket were very helpful, there was a earthquake warning and I was surprised how good they managed the emergency protocols, this place is beyond of good service it is an excellent choice for business or personal trips, it will always be my choice to stay in...

This hotel is attatched to a massive mall with great restaurants and a bakery in the mall at Selecto Chedraui, a supermarket on the lower floor. Had the best warm donuts every morning at 7am as well as an amazing tres leches cake for like $15 us. cant wait to come back next year"
