"The best thing about the property is their excellent customer service. Monica helped us at check in and Vera at checkout. Vera was especially helpful as she helped us get the shuttle as our parking situation at the airport didnt work out. The shuttle driver was just as wonderful. As we were dealing with both a birth and death at the same time it was helpful to have such a caring staff as l was very frazzled. "

"We spent one night here. The room was adequate, relatively clean, although the outlet in the bathroom did not work and the ice machine on the first floor was out of order. There was a lot of airport noise early in the evening, but it subsided by 10 PM thank goodness. Nice to have hot coffee available at 6 AM but unless you like sugar and carbs for breakfast, there was not much to offer. For the price, this hotel was clean enough, quiet enough, and accommodating enough. It was definitely a good deal."

"Our room was a standard hotel room but when we walked in the tv was on and the previous families food was still in our fridge. I had encounters with 3 of the front desk staff and 2 out of the 3 were so helpful and nice and the other was not and acted like we were more of an inconvenience. The breakfast was good and they kept it stocked. The hot tub was not clean looking and the water was not very hot. I would not let my kids get in it. Over all my stay was ok but I would not stay here again."

"Clean, spacious rooms. Very, very comfortable beds. Room keys worked smoothly with no issue. Staff was open and friendly. Complimentary breakfast was well balanced with fruit and meat as well as the usual carbs. Facility close to many amenities. We stayed here 3 days, visiting SLC to see the U of U commencement ceremony. The hotel stay was easy and made everything go smoothly. We are happy to recommend the hotel and would stay here again if in SLC. Well done, Crystal Inn!"
