"Great location, clean, very nice and helpful staff. Went as expected for place with shared bathrooms. Only once in our 4 days there did we actually have to use a different bathroom than the one we wanted, which was good odds in my option.
Note for those who have a hard time with stairs you might want to ask ahead if you can request a room with fewer stairs to do, but heads up, lots of stairs."
"The elevators were a constant problem during the week of my stay. They are the lifeblood in a hotel!!! One day I had to walk up the stairs with the manager and another couple who were just checking in. 5 flights-ridiculous!
I love the location and the brand but they need to do better-technology is great-when it works!!!!"
