"STAY AWAY FROM THIS MOTEL. I MESSAGED EARLY IN DAY SAYING I WOULD ARRIVE AROUND 1AM TO CHECK IN AS I WAS DRIVING ALL DAY AND PURCHASED MY ROOM TO COME PASS OUT IN. WHEN I ARRIVED IT WAS 26 DEGREES OUT FREEZING AND I KEPT RINGING THE DOORBELL AND KNOCKING ON THE WINDOW AS WELL AS CALLING FOR 20 MIN. NO ONE CAME. DEMANDED REFUND FROM EXPEDIA BECAUSE EVEN THEY COULDNT REACH OFFICE. STEER CLEAR FROM HERE! "
