Staff was friendly and helpful. Great location to downtown and Boise State University. Plus the Zoo, which was very nice and the Boise River trail. Hotel is nice and clean. Rooms are comfortable and cozy, not a typical hotel room.

The is an excellent hotel with wonderful and friendly staff, a free shuttle service to and from the airport, great amenities, and a 5 star restaurant within. This is by far one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. Every time we visit Boise, we will be staying here!!
