Vintage Apartment in STL

A nice vintage one bedroom apartments in downtown STL that was a great value and very comfortable and clean. Lots of ample free parking and good Wi-Fi connection. The only discrepancies was a broken closet door and shower handle, none of which detracted from the overall pleasant stay in this rental.

Nice neighborhood but apt shows wear n tear

We have stayed here before a few years prior. This time it was not as pleasant. Bathroom door was falling out of its hinges, 1/2 bath wasn't cleaned because a "deposit" was left in the toilet, and there is a small leak over one of the beds. All the towels were still in the dryer wet.

The apartment was as described for size and layout. Couch was not a futon/not easy to sleep on. Bedding and towels were npt very clean...lots of hair. Shower is very harsh. Kitchen was clean.

Dont go!

Impossible to contact management. Door was unlocked. Apartment had been used (trashed). Did not stay there; booked elsewhere. Management has not responded or credited purchase.

Great place

I would highly recommend staying here. Amazing deal for this apartment. Two levels with a balcony. Provided everything we needed, plus washer/dryer, two fridges, coffee maker with coffee, plenty of towels, extra pillows and sheets. The beds were comfy and the ceiling fans were nice to have. Plenty of closet space to hang up clothes. I will definitely stay here again. Highly recommend. Great location for downtown.
