"Unfortunately this is the worse night sleep in a hotel room and I have stayed a large number of nights in hotels. The car alarm going off for hours, not the hotel fault but sounds proofing in the rooms is limited. Also unloading of good in the early morning as not quiet. Light on the wireless access point flashing all night, and not able to cover it or hide it. I understand that this is a city hotel in a busy area but there are lots of things that could be done to make a stay better"

"I booked a 4-night stay and when we arrived at 6am from an overnight flight from the US, the room was not available despite my reservation for the night before so we could sleep a bit when we arrived. I wrote to the hotel letting them know I booked the room for the night but we wouldn’t arrive until 6am. They still cancelled my room as they said we were a ‘no show’. They put us in a cosy king room and over charged us which served the purpose but it took a couple days to get fixed. The staff who fixed it was awesome!!!"

"Probably what you should expect from a Hilton Hotel, big, smart and impersonable, - good proximity to the city (15min walk via St Stephens Park) and a great pub (Sonny McSwines) down the street (avoided the Hotel Bar on principle - when in Dublin...). Room good not great - bed a bit hard (no modern intelligent mattresses here) and the toilet could have been cleaner. Wedding party on the Saturday did intrude but quietened down at midnight. (We should have been out on the town ourselves but it had been a long day travelling!). Breakfast very good at the inclusive price. Safe basement parking a bonus too (20 euro for 24 hrs)."

"Very helpful staff especially the bar man For a fairly new hotel the showers already having a mould problem means it will be rundown very soon. Rooms were nice and clean but the staff failed to replace adequate tea and coffee and it had to be requested. This is not acceptable considering the cost per night. We have a lovely experience, common areas were clean, it had the basics, breakfast was good with cooked options."
