"we arrivd later than expected as we had a traffic hold up (traffic jam) but we were welcomed on arrival. all the staff were brilliantt inc. housekeeping. People outside of the hotel were very welcoming and we brought sunshine !! to Cornwall. Thank you Charlie!!!"

"We were greeted with a wonderful arrangement of flowers in the front entrance. The staff were so friendly and helpful, our room was clean comfy and modern. Breakfast was delicious."

"Our second stay here and was given a beautiful room lovely and clean. Loved being able to park the car and use the leisure facilities and walk in the beautiful gardens down to the river. Some walks involve more challenging terrain but well worth the effort to see places on the river. Service was excellent and breakfast was plentiful with great choice. "
