A Cornish Gem in the heart of the county. Friendly and helpful staff. A generously varied food and drinks menu in a quirky and unique hotel. Out stay was relaxing, peaceful and we will be returning soon.

Great hotel with the friendliest staff
The staff are extremely friendly and can’t help you enough. Anytime you need anything they will help. When you’re on business doing lots of hours it is so good to know they’re there if you need them.

Nice medium sized hotel. Friendly and efficient staff. Breakfast was excellent. Dinner also very good. Room comfortable although lots of bathroom related noises at various times and poor shower (Luke warm at best). Competitive prices

We had a very nice stay. The staff were excellent and very friendly (something that Falmouth hotels could learn from!?). The spa was nice, drinks were offered by the pool by the friendly attendant. It was my wife’s birthday and she had a complimentary glass of Prosecco! The bar area was our favourite. Lots of choices for beers, wines and spirits and fun with the bar staff. We would stay here again.

Avoid the single rooms
Its a great hotel and have stayed a few times before. This time i booked a single room and its like staying in a broom cupboard. Avoid the single rooms and you will have a great stay.
