"Hotel was a great fun place. Loved the rooms and general feel of the place. Parking was a nightmare at best. The vibe of the place was great, little "Stones" forward for me, but what do you expect with a name like "Jags", I do get it. But to completely ignore the Beatles and Zep?!? That just seemed wrong. Great sound track playing all the time, LOVED THAT!!!!"

"We found this hotel to be exactly what we needed after a long day of traveling. The beds were very comfortable...we slept sooo well! The room was very clean and well kept up...and quiet. The bathroom facility was very clean and the shower was wonderful! The breakfast was very good, the coffee hot! Customer servie gets 5 stars too. Over all, everything was great and we are so glad to be staying there again on our last night before we leave Newfoundland."

"We were here years ago and loved it but not so much this time. Lovely when you saw water, not The Keg(not your fault though) and we loved the boutique back then. We are in our mid 70s and had to walk up a set of stairs with our luggage to the 4th floor. No one offered to help and we were fine but other seniors would find this too much. In the bathroom the toilet paper was beyond arm’s length behind the toilet….surely you could use a standing holder in the front beside the sink. All in all, our...
