"A friendly and helpful welcome to the Hotel and soon booked into our room and explained where to park our vehicle once we had unloaded. The hotel has a very traditional feel downstairs, charming. The corridors and the rooms themselves were decorated in a very dark scheme, which even with the lights on was a little difficult to always see well. "Hôtel offrant tout le confort nécessaire pour une étape à Aurillac. Nous sommes arrivés en dehors des horaires d’ouverture de la réception, mais les instructions claires de la gérante nous ont permis de prendre facilement possession de notre chambre. Literie confortable, climatisation, salle bains correctement équipée : nous avons passé une nuit reposante. Points d’amélioration : du savon à côté du lavabo, et un distributeur de boissons peu rempli."

"A really lovely hotel, very clean and comfortable. Check in time a little restricted as we didn’t really have time to make use of the lovely looking pool before dinner which was also quite strict with timings, I do totally understand why though as the dinner was fabulous!"

"Het geheel was teleurstellend. De kamer met de badkamer was prima. De bediening was stug en niet vriendelijk. Het ontbijt was karig. Bijna gedurende de hele dag was de bar gesloten. Het buiten terras was niet gebruiksklaar. Dat maakt eigenlijk niets uit wsnt er was toch niets te drinken."
