"The check in staff were amazing, but when we went to the restaurant it all went down hill 100mph, the staff ignored us especially the self proclaimed sommelier, he needs a rocket, even with eye contact he completely chose to not see.....the food wasnt any better, gluggy potatoes full of cheese, dry beoff..no water as asked for when we finally were asked until we asked again later, poured our own wine, and many tables were in the same predicament.. mattress was terrible, but the toom otherwise fine.."

"Excelllent over-the-phone service prior to check-in, reliable out-of-hours access (this is gold dust having been let down badly by a competitor just around the corner before), very comfortable room. "An amazing property with an amazing host set in a beautiful town in a beautiful area. As cyclists it’s well located for some exceptionally scenic rides through the Lot gorges and to several medieval towns and villages. It’s also ideally located as a stop over point on the route from St Malo to Nice recommended in the France En Velo guide."
