"We had stayed in Jersey previously and were severely let down by the standard of accommodation so we decided to choose something more luxurious and the Grand Jersey Hotel did not disappoint. We were made welcome the instant we stepped through the door and that continued throughout our week stay, we should have booked longer! The staff were first class, attentive throughout the hotel and we couldn't fault the superb service. The price of food and drinks were what we expected for a 5 star hotel and compared favourably to other venues we tried. We'd certainly stay at this excellent hotel again."

"The Panorama is an experience in superb hospitality. The breakfast is amazing with so much choice with tasty options, a daily special on offer alongside the normal menu. The staff can’t do enough to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The rooms are so lovely, especially the beds with the crisp Egyptian cotton bedding and selection of pillows to suit everyone’s preferences. The sea view rooms have a stunning view of St Aubin and the bay beyond which is so lovely to wake up to. There is a steep climb from the road up to the property via steps and a door at the back of the property onto a cobbled road which is very narrow and on a hill but quite manageable. Can’t recommend this hotel enough and I’ve stayed twice now, good value for money. "

"Excellent sea view from the balcony. The room is spacious and clean. The floor of the hotel room seems to be made of wood. When you walk in the room, you will feel the floor vibrating, and even the furniture in the room will vibrate as well."
