"Amazing hotel, lovely and accommodating staff and such a central location, we will definitely be back!
Only downside is parking but that can be overlooked 😊"
"It was affordable and the online check in was very easy and convenient. Everything I needed was in walking distance!! Excellent stay, highly recommend!"
"Excellent base for a short visit - guest house rather than a hotel, but better for that and the complimentary bread, cereal, tea and coffee breakfast was a bonus."

"Overnight stay in city for birthday.
Hotel was excellent from before arrival in terms of arranging thermal spa access.
On arrival we were greeted bet exceptionally friendly reception and Porter staff. Provided an umbrella for the walk across the bridge into the city.
Spa was small but really good as access was managed.
The evening was rounded off with cocktails in the drawing room with piano player.
Breakfast excellent.
Two minor things:
Loud music from party in neighbouring brewery (stopped at a reasonable time)
No fridge in room.
Have booked to return. "
"The room was a nice size for an older building. Lots of stairs to climb to room. Good breakfast. Convenient location. Host was gracious and helpful and went above and beyond"
"The staff was extremely friendly, it was in a great area for sightseeing in the Bogside, shops nearby, and the breakfast was excellent! Thanks again."
