"The owners of the property were great and were very engaged with making sure our stay went well. The property spec was very hi for a B&B and the location was a couple of miles to the harbour at Charlestown and only a tenner back. If we visit St Austell again we will be going to see Martin & Lyn at the lodge"

"Excellent relaxing weekend break whilst down here for a wedding The room was very spacious with a lovely balcony and deep bath. So quiet never heard anything from other guests Lovely gardens and breakfast was first class Had a fabulous morning in the spa the day after the wedding and relaxing on the sunloungers in the walled garden Would highly recommend"

"I ended up booking this on a lark, and what great fortune it was! The location, the attention to details, the fluidity of welcoming attentive and informative staff to impeccable grounds, made it a memorable stay. They combine high end service w/ a feeling of being at home, I will most definitely be booking with them again. Highlights: Spa inclusion w/ room stay (sauna, steam bath all pools especially heated outdoor!) location: coastal pathway to St Charles. Nature walks, no cars to everything I wished to visit. Fabulous ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️"

"What a wonderful place to stay. Lovely little touches make it feel like home. Food was superb, breakfast cooked to order so nice and fresh. Great choice for evenings too. The gardens are awesome. It is a credit to Francesca, Mark and the rest of the staff. We will certainly stay there whenever we are in the area. "
