Maintenance on pool & spa needs more attention, 1 day closed for chlorine low, 2 days spa was cold,had to wait for pool pro to come to get it to work

The Property is old, fully expected. The walls were dirty, dust on the main wall, like a picture had been there and removed and dust remianed. Shade and windows were dirty/stained.
