"Beautiful property, very friendly and welcoming innkeeper. Excellent location for seeing all of St Augustine. Walking distance to St. George street, shops, restaurants and historic sites. The free guest parking is a perk since most places here charge for parking. Would definitely stay here again! "

Southern Oaks Inn
10/10 Excellent
"The hotel staff was fantastic and helpful. The front desk clerk went above and beyond to give me the room I wanted. The pool was always clean and there were plenty of chairs to go around. I walked the area which was full of different places to stop in. They offered so many good amenities, I had no issues and would highly recommend the hotel."
"Until I actually stayed here, I was unaware of the property even being there. Everyone was wonderful and helpful. Would definitely go back, hopefully soon."

"Room was clean but the TV did not work as well as the coffee machine. We were only there for 2 days and out all the time, so we never bothered to reach management. Chosen for walking the main drag of St. Augustine."
