I used my points to book a room. Staff was great very pleasant and accommodating. Unfortunately my room had clogged drains as well as mold on the ceiling in the bathroom since the exhaust fan did not work. Bed was extremely worn out and uncomfortable. Otherwise hotel is old fashioned but clean food from buffet and staff was great. Hotel was quiet which was nice.

On the surface the place looks fabulous. But since they moved the Hall of Fame it has suffered. The room was dated and smelled but after reading some of recent reviews apparently there all in rough shape. Paint is peeling off the ceiling in bathroom, the furniture is old and falling apart and although the carpet looked clean it smelled. Granted it was a pet friendly room but it need to be cleaned. Its sad because the place was really nice a few years back when we visited. On a positive note the pool was clean.

The room had an old smell and the bathroom was extremely dirty. The staff was very friendly and as accommodating as they could be in such an old establishment. I for one have no intention of returning to this resort.
