"Staff were all excellent. The daytime front desk lady (had yorkie puppy) was above excellent in friendly, helpful and kindness. She is an asset to your hotel."

"This is a perfect location for visiting the Gateway Arch, a block away, and only a few blocks from the Metrolink. The included beer/wine light dinner menu in the evening means you don’t have to go out at night after a long day of sightseeing."

"Our room was above the parking garage so all night you heard the door go up and down. Very hard to sleep. So stay away from room 243."

"Room was very disappointing, photos didn’t look anything like what it showed, the carpets were stained, the towels were smelly. Toilet clogged, was still Clogged when I left. No trash in restroom, no bags in trash bins. Very limited items to purchase especially being in a more remote area of restaurants and stores "

"Everything great, except check in process. That process was extremely slow. What caused the delay were the folks coming in and trying to reserve rooms that didn't have reservations. That tied up the staff members to a halt. Have one line for reservation check in, ams one for fold that are looking to make one"
