"The breakfast was varied and fresh. The staff were friendly. The room was clean and nicely set-up."

"My first indication that we should have went somewhere else was when the old lady with the white hair behind the front desk was rude. It just went downhill from there. If you drive a truck, you'll have to park it down the road in the parking lot. Only very small vehicles will fit in the underground parkade. Our truck is brand new and it's beyond sketchy in this area. This just added to our stress. We get up to our room- it was disappointing how worn out everything looked. No mini fridge or microwave. TV and toilet don't work. Then we have to wait for maintenance. Then we get moved to a different room- that was even more worn out. Again, no mini fridge or microwave. The only good thing was the view. We were woke up by loud neighbors at midnight. It was so bad my husband went down to speak to the front desk. He was told there was several complaints from other guests. Well- nothing was done about it. The yelling went on until 4 am. We had to drive home- 5 hours away- with absolutely no sleep. I spoke with management when we checked out and we were given a discount on our parking fees. I definitely would not recommend this place."

"Everything was great and wonderful, had the river view room and it was lovely. Room service was fast and delicious. Room was clean and very big. Gym and pool were great, steamroom smelt a bit musty. Staff was warm and inviting they even had a wonderful friendly dog that my kids were so excited to pet."

"Rooms were clean and tidy. One power outlet and one tv remote were not working. No smart TVs, so regular steaming platforms weren't available. Although clean, the washroom was in need of repair. The bathroom floor was sagging and sunk each time we stepped in the middle (sub floor compromised?). And the wall paint was bubbling indicating possible moisture damage in the drywall. The pool, slide, hot tub, breakfast were all great! The major issue we faced were the paper thin walls and ceilings. We were on the 3rd floor and the people above us had a couple of kids that kept us up all night by their thumping feet. Bring earplugs or insist on being in the 4th floor."
