"The property is beautiful, with Adirondack chairs to enjoy the view of the marsh. The check it was smooth and very pleasant. The room was small but clean, sweet and thoughtfully furnished. My only negative comment is that the bathroom floor badly needs replacing."

The proprietor, Chris, is one of the true gentlemen of the industry, and his hands-on touch is evident everywhere from the artwork to his menus and style.
We stayed this time at The Painted Lady, which is a centuries-old house, that resembles something out of a whimsical children's book - gorgeous period detail, a secret staircase for Alice, and a burger restaurant! We had the front room that has gorgeous light, pillow-top bed, and a large bath tub. Wow.
