"Parking was easy... view was phenomenal.. air conditioning was tricky to use. Staff was nice. Everything was clean. Bed was firm. Room was spacious and had everything you needed. "
"This is a wonderful hotel! Great location and a really nice breakfast! The room was very comfortable with the exception of the bathroom barn doors. They were a little awkward and wouldn’t close properly. The pool area was very clean and was well enjoyed during this heatwave and a long day at the Park! I would highly recommend a stay here if you’re going to Zion Park! "
"Room was clean and updated but in many ways not practical. We are 2 women in a room with 2 queen beds. Closet was 6-10 inches wide but only one suitcase rack. Bathroom needed more hooks because we couldn’t hang toiletry bags Toilet paper holder was on wall behind toilet. Should have been on side. Shower was next to toilet and glass door next to toilet was stationery. I understand this was done to keep water inside shower but to turn on shower had to go inside and be hit with very cold water before it warmed up. Also there was 3 towels not 4 for 2 people for 2 days. If you wanted maid service before the 2 days were up it would cost extra! It was awkward to get out of parking lot because there was some remodeling going on. All except closet size and shower door are easy fixes. On the plus side motel was right in the center of town near restaurants and shops. Gave it 2 stars but maybe it should be 3. "
"This hotel is in an unbeatable location right outside Zion, making it the perfect base for getting a head start on the park trails. The surrounding mountain views are breathtaking, and the property is an incredible spot for watching the sunrise, sunset, and even stargazing at night. The highlight of our stay was definitely breakfast at Porters; it was by far the best hotel breakfast we’ve ever experienced. While the beds were very comfortable, our stay wasn't perfect, as we booked two rooms and one had a strange smell, while the other had a towel stained with makeup. Despite those housekeeping issues, the convenience and the food would still make us consider staying here again.
Also there is a shuttle connection to zion right outside the hotel."
