"did not eat there however the chairs in the dining area and lobby are in horrid condition!!!! the red vinyl fabric is worn through and definately need to be replaced. the bed in our room was too tall. Need a step stool to get in - it looked like two box springs where stacked, plus the mattress on top. I'm 5'2" and ended up sleeping on the couch and my husband who is 5'8" ended up sleeping on the floor."

"At check in only one person at that time she was on the phone over 10 minutes. A second person came and did check us in. Went to the pool to use the hot tub. Hot very hot and very little water flow. No towels were available. Asked for towels two times and waited 45 minutes and never got any. Clean hotel but appears to be understaffed. "

"The north end Best Western is terrible! The lights were shorting out, the TV wasn't hooked up to the wall cable, and when I called the front desk, I was told " too bad, we dont have anyone to help you" so I had to literally move furniture around and do it myself. The shower had ONE glass sliding door where there should have been 2, so I had to decide which side of the bathroom stayed dry and which side got soaked while showering. The bed was the extremely firm kind. Air conditioner worked. The hallways and lobby were clean. Breakfast had lots of ' sorry we are out of ' signs. When I asked for a refund, I was told I had to go through the site I booked ( Expedia) when I called, Expedia tried to verify and the hotel manager lied, saying none of this happened so I couldn't get a refund."

"Room was fine, Bathroom mirror and counter could have been more accommodating, especially for women for make-up application and toilet supplies considering it was titled as a premium, not standard, room. Staff was great and O'Riley's was it's warm and friendly place as usual."

"The room was really dirty. Mold in bathroom. Stuff left by previous guest was still there. The lights above kitchen table did not work and staff could not find a solution. No breakfast but they have a coffee station but no milk or cream, Just powder. The corridors were not cleaned. Finally, there was very little cutlery."
