"Online information sent for check in with codes for front door and room. Never saw any staff. Very clean room with kitchenette which had everything you may need to prepare a meal. Krups coffee machine with Nespresso style pods supplied. Bed was very comfortable. We could see the Acropolis in the distance from the balcony. Great place to stay for a short break in Athens."

"Lovely clean rooms, fantastic breakfast and friendly helpful staff. The local area leaves a bit to be desired at night but we never felt unsafe or had an issue. Local coffee shops and eateries nearby with a metro and open top bus stop directly outside the hotel. Lovely pool and bar on the roof with acropolis views. "

The goal on vacation is to have a place where you can eat, sleep, and know your belongings are safe, and this hotel delivered on that. They could update a bit or give more variety at breakfast, but for an overall great experience, they earned a five-star rating. "

"Fantastic apartment just moments from the metro station. Spotlessly clean and very homely. The kitchen is brilliantly equipped including a full fridge freezer which was great. Spacious balcony and tons of storage space. Loved the decor too. Super comfy bed. The view of the city and Acropolis from the rooftop pool is not to be missed. I was really happy to have an outdoor pool available in March even if it was very cold in the water. The small gym in the basement was also good with some cardio machines and a multi-gym weights machine. Really great communication from the Mosaico team too and the apartment was easy to access. It's possible to walk to some main areas of interest or super easy to get the metro. The area seemed safe to me as a solo female traveller. All in all a fantastic stay. Would recommend and definitely stay again."

"Despite the information on the website as saying that they have an airport shuttle service available 24 hours a day, the staff told us that they have to coordinate the shuttle 2 days in advance. Also we assumed the shuttle service was free. They ended up calling 2 taxis for our party of 7, and we had to pay a considerable amount of euros. This was for our trip to and from the airport. Also, the information stated the hotel was 28 minutes from the airport. In all actuality it was a good 45 minute drive on the way to the hotel, and 35 minutes to the airport. The staff was cordial and did call a taxi for us to ferry us to the airport. Also, they provided recommendations of good restaurants nearby. When we tried one, it was fabulous! We did discover the bathrooms are very tight quarters, and the sink was partially clogged. Otherwise it was a nice stay. "
