The beds were clean as were the bathrooms but the facility did seem a little outdated. Our room had a broken door to the outside which was weird as we almost didn’t see it because the door was hidden with a wall of curtains. Staff seemed stressed and were out of amenities like extra blankets.

Hotel Ruby
Room was clean but the counter sink next to closet was not wiped clean. Other than that I was happy with the room, staff, breakfast, and bar!!! I would definitely stay again.

Oxford Suites Downtown Spokane
The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The pool and hot tub were clean and well-maintained. Breakfast was fresh and enjoyable. The hotel’s location is excellent—perfect for a first trip to Spokane, with Spokane Falls and Riverfront Park within walking distance.

We were shuttled to a different property that was not the Grand. They were apparently overbooked! We did not get a king size bed, we did not get any information about amenities and the in hotel food was not hot and the care was very haphazard. This was a very disappointing experience.
