Oxford Suites Downtown Spokane
Breakfast was great and the breakfast staff were hardworking and pleasant to interact with. We had a room with a balcony over the river. Albeit small, it was really nice to have. The front desk staff was very helpful as well.

We were shuttled to a different property that was not the Grand. They were apparently overbooked! We did not get a king size bed, we did not get any information about amenities and the in hotel food was not hot and the care was very haphazard. This was a very disappointing experience.
